Step 1: Add Pre-Built Page Layouts to Your Site
Adding new pages with your SquareKicker Template is quick and intuitive:
Click the plus icon to add a new page to your Squarespace site
Open Page Layouts in the menu that appears
Click the SK Templates button to view your SquareKicker Template options
Choose a page category that fits your needs
Select the page layout you want to add to your site
That's it! Your new page will automatically appear in your main navigation. If you prefer to organize your site differently, simply drag the new page to the "Not Linked" section, or add it directly to this section using the plus icon.
Step 2: Customize Your Pages with Pre-Built Sections

Click Edit on the page you want to modify
Click the Add Section button where you'd like to insert a new section
Click the SK Templates button to access your template sections

Setting up your Squarespace website with a SquareKicker template is easier than ever. With just a few clicks, you can install your template and start building a site you’re proud of—no tech experience required. Follow this step-by-step guide, and watch our video tutorial to see just how fast and seamless the process is.
Step 1: Choose Your Template
The journey begins in the SquareKicker Template Store. Browse our collection of professionally designed Squarespace templates tailored for small business owners, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Once you’ve found the perfect template, click Buy Template.
You’ll be prompted to create a SquareKicker account (or log in if you already have one). After completing your purchase, you’ll gain access to the SquareKicker Dashboard, where the installation magic begins.
Step 2: Connect Your Squarespace Website
In the SquareKicker Dashboard, locate your template and click Connect. From here, you have two options:
Starting a New Squarespace Website:
Don’t have a Squarespace website yet? No problem! Click Start Squarespace Website to set up a new Squarespace account and begin your site. Choose your design and create your Squarespace login if you haven’t already.Installing on an Existing Squarespace Website:
If you already have a Squarespace website, click Connect with Squarespace to install your template on your current site. This works even if you’ve previously installed SquareKicker on your website.
Step 3: Install Your Template
Once your website is connected, it’s time to bring your SquareKicker template to life. Follow these steps:
Copy the installation script provided in your SquareKicker Dashboard.
Open your Squarespace website’s Config Panel and navigate to the Code Injection Header.
Paste the script into the header section and save your changes.
As soon as you do this, an installation window will pop up in Squarespace. Follow the on-screen instructions, and your new template will be applied to your website in moments!
What Happens After Installation?
After installing your SquareKicker template:
Your site’s styles will be updated to match your new template’s settings.
All existing pages on your site will remain, but they’ll reflect the fresh new design.
Customizing your template to align with your brand is easy using Squarespace’s built-in style settings.
