1. Introduction

1.1 The competition is organized by SquareKicker Ltd., referred to as "the Organizer."

1.2 By participating in this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2.2 Employees of the Organizer, their family members, and anyone else connected with the competition may not enter.

2.3 Template Creators can enter.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition starts on 4th of July and ends on 1st November.
*Length of competition has been extended.

3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter the competition, participants must submit their email address using the button on our Template page at squarekicker.com.

4.2 Participants may submit 1 entry.

5. Prizes

5.1 The prize for the competition is a template from our current selection of templates available on launch day.

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.3 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5.4 Winners must select their prize no later than 1st of December 2024.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 Winners will be selected using a random number generator.

6.2 Winners will be notified by email within 5 days after the competition ends.

6.3 If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Participants agree that the Organizer has the right to use their entry for promotional purposes.

7.2 By entering the competition, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and reproduce their entry.

8. Privacy

8.1 The Organizer will collect personal data from participants in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2 By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by participants.

9.2 The Organizer is not responsible for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the competition.

10. General

10.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

10.2 These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
