Animated Number Counter on Scroll
Transform a Squarespace List Section into an interactive autoplay project carousel. Projects automatically rotate through large scrolling titles and centered imagery, while visitors can click and drag to explore at their own pace. Smooth image wipes, zoom effects, animated project details, and immersive page transitions create a polished, editorial portfolio experience.
Setup:
- Create numbers in text block.
- Bold the numbers with Squarespace.
Make the bold numbers in this section twice a big, and count the numbers from 0 to their current number. Make this a loading animation when the blocks come into view. When the numbers scroll out of view and back in, animate the counting numbers again. It should feel fast and smooth at the same time.Note: Not all generations will be identical and may require additional prompts.
